Sonora Crash Leads To DUI Arrest

California Highway Patrol officer€™s reports 19-year-old Leslie Russell of Sonora was arrested yesterday for drunk driving.
Officers say Russell was traveling westbound on Phoenix Lake Road around 8 a.m. New Year´s Day morning. Investigators say because of her intoxicated condition and icy conditions on the road, she lost control of the car she was driving and hit a power pole and fire hydrant. She was treated for minor injuries at Tuolumne General Hospital.
