Sonora Planning Commission Looks At New Subdivision

A proposed 49-home subdivision plan comes before the Sonora City Planning commission this evening.
The “Bungalows at Woods Creek Landing” would provide “entry-level” housing for the city, so says project manager Reuben Chirnside. But an exact price range has not been released.
Sonora City Administrator Greg Applegate says the planning commission will review the project and then provide feed back for the developer.
The planning commission meets in City Hall starting at 7 p.m. this evening.
