Watch Out For Insurance Scam

Authorities say potential victims of a phony-insurance scam keep coming forward. Authorities last week announced their claim that Terry Ballard of West Sacramento sold about $500,000 of fake insurance to businesses across the state. Ballard is being held in the San Joaquin County Jail.
