Williams Admits To Shooting Spree

There won´t be a murder trial from the deadly shootings at a suburban San Diego high school last year. Instead, 16-year-old Andrew Williams has entered a guilty plea in San Diego County Superior Court to two counts of murder, and 13 counts of attempted murder. His attorney told the judge yesterday that Williams is deeply remorseful, and has “No desire to cause any more pain to the victims´ families or his family.” During a six-minute shooting spree at Santana High School on March fifth, 2001, 14-year-old Bryan Zuckor and 17-year-old Randy Gordon were killed. Williams will be sentenced August 15th, and faces a minimum of 50 years to life in prison up to 400 years to life in prison.
