Naked Swimmers Questioned

Ten Chinese men who swam naked onto the shores of Newport Beach were questioned by immigration authorities yesterday. The men were rounded up Thursday after an off-duty lifeguard spotted them walking on the beach about 3:30 a.m. and called authorities. One man was detained at the scene and the others quickly scattered, but they all were eventually caught by police with the aid of a helicopter.
