P-U-C Finally Acts On Competitive Power Pricing

California power regulators have voted to continue electricity competition. The vote by the Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco had been delayed for months. The P-U-C says large businesses and institutions with contracts may continue to bypass local utilities and buy cheaper electricity from competing energy sellers.
