CMA Wants Smoking Age Raised To 21

The California Medical Association wants to raise the state´s smoking age from 18 to 21. The group has passed a resolution supporting any legislation that would raise the legal age for possessing tobacco products and make it illegal to sell tobacco to those under 21.
