Police are accusing a Turlock Catholic priest and a former youth minister of child molestation.
Police say The Reverend Oscar Pelaez and Jose Luis Perez molested a 13 year old boy who attended the Sacred Heart Catholic Church for three years. Police arrested Perez at his home Tuesday. Pelaez was arrested Saturday in Connecticut. He has since waived extradition.
