SJ County Officials Oppose New Power Plant

San Joaquin County officials are opposed to plans for a supplemental power plant outside Tracy. Officials say they want more answers about how the 169 megawatt peaker plant will address air pollution and noise. The California Energy Commission will consider the plan in April.
