Bush Trails In State Popularity Poll

Despite President Bush´s widespread popularity with California voters, a Field Poll shows U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani are held in even higher esteem. The survey finds 87 percent of voters view Powell favorably, while 83 percent hold favorable impressions of Giuliani.
