Winter Storm On Its Way

A winter storm that moved out of the Gulf of Alaska is expected to produce some heavy rain and snow in Northern California tonight and tomorrow. There is a winter storm warning in the Mount Shasta area today, and for the Lassen National Park and northern Sierra Nevada areas tonight and tomorrow. Some rain or snow continues in most Northern California forecasts until Tuesday. The storm that entered northwestern California this morning is being augmented by sub-tropical moisture.
