State Fish and Game officials say localized flooding has forced them to close two hunting areas in the Central Valley. Department spokesman Patrick Foy says the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area and the Little Dry Creek Unit of the Upper Butte Basin Wildlife Area have both been closed due to flooding. Both sites are expected to be off-limits at least through tomorrow.
