Bush Urges Quick Settlement To Port Dispute

President Bush is urging a quick settlement of the contract dispute that idled West Coast ports for ten days. In his weekly radio address the president said he acted this week to halt the port shutdown for a cooling-off period in order to keep the nation´s economy moving.
