Republican gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon had some help from a big-time politician for a weekend fund-raiser that netted more than $500,000.00. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani joined Simon in Prather yesterday for the largest political moneymaker in the Central Valley.
