Kidnap Suspect Enters No Plea

A Manteca man accused of abducting a seven-year-old boy earlier this week has been charged with felony child abduction and misdemeanor child endangerment. John Bocksmith did not enter a plea in court yesterday. He also has declined to tell investigators why he allegedly took Ryan Michael Schmitt from the youngster´s home on Monday.
