Kaiser Permanente Agrees To Pay Fine

Kaiser Permanente has agreed to pay a one million dollar fine which is the largest ever imposed by the State of California against a full-service health plan. The H-M-O signed a stipulation on Thursday to pay the fine after fighting it in federal court.
