Country Singer´s Uncle To Stand Trial

A Vallejo man accused of shooting his neighbor to death in front of a police officer is scheduled to stand trial today. Dennis McGraw – uncle of country singer Tim McGraw -allegedly shot Jason Garfield in front of his home in July. Officer Les Bottomly arrived on the scene just in time to witness the fatal shot.
