Santa arrived in Sonora in style this afternoon, hopping off a shiny red helicopter after touching down in the parking lot of the Junction shopping center.
Santa said he was giving the reindeer a rest before the big night, less than a week away.
The Columbia Airport-Based Air Med helicopter also brought Santa to town so he and his elves could hand out candy, snap photos and take Christmas requests from the kids.
