Plane Goes Down Outside Groveland

Firefighters and emergency crews were called to the scene of a downed single engine plane outside
Groveland on Friday. Officials say the pilot had to make a forced landing about 16 miles from Pine Mountain Lake Airport. He landed on the fuel break and the
plane went upside down.

Officials say the plane ran out of fuel, forcing the pilot to land. He was not injured and he had no other passengers aboard.
