Pitbull Owner Stays in Jail

A judge has delayed the transfer of Benjamin Moore to a halfway house. Moore is the owner of three pit
bulls that mauled a Richmond boy. Moore has pleaded innocent to charges of cocaine possession and distribution charges, and to two misdemeanor counts of
concealing evidence in the dog-mauling case.
