Palo Alto Man Sentenced

A Palo Alto real estate consultant has been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. Kenneth Fitzhugh was
convicted on August second for beating and strangling his wife and trying to make it look like an accident. He won´t be eligible for parole until 2015. Fitzhugh´s
wife of 33 years, Kristine, was found dead on May fifth, 2000. The motive was never determined for certain. Prosecutors said Kenneth Fitzhugh was enraged
that Kristine Fitzhugh wanted to tell their son, Justin, that he was not Justin´s biological father.
