Boaters Saved Near Point Bonita

The Coast Guard has rescued four people from a capsized boat about four miles north of Point Bonita off Stinson Beach.
The Coast Guard received a call at around 8:30 and sent a rescue helicopter and a 47 foot boat to the scene. One victim, who was diabetic, was airlifted to Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco and transferred to an ambulance. The other three were recovered by the rescue boat and taken to meet emergency crews in Sausalito.
