San Diego Gas and Electric has been given the go ahead to raise electricity rates to recoup the two million dollar cost of upgrading lines to Mexico.
Today´s announcement by federal regulators means that S.D.G-and-E can bill its 1.2 million customers for the expense, plus a 13 percent return, over ten years.
