Allaway Asking To Be Released

The man who killed seven people at a college library 25 years ago, said in court in Santa Ana today he can´t remember killing anyone. Edward Charles Allaway is seeking release from a state mental hospital, during a sanity hearing in Orange County Superior Court. He said that immediately after the shootings he thought he was among the victims.
The 63-year-old Allaway is in his second day of testimony before a judge who could order him released from the mental hospital.
