Latinos: CA Redistricting Plan Is Unfair

Three Latino groups say new state Senate and congressional districts approved by the California Legislature weaken the ability of Latinos to win elections.
The groups say they´ll ask the U-S Justice Department to go to court to try to overturn the challenged districts. Legislative leaders say the plans are fair.
