Davis Provides Health Dollars

Governor Gray Davis is giving county health departments an emergency 5 million dollars to prepare for biological and chemical attacks and threats. Despite the state´s burgeoning budget crisis, Davis is using his authority to send the money to the state´s 61 local health departments over the next few weeks.
