I.N.S. Arrests In San Diego

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has arrested nine foreign students in a San Diego crackdown. The arrests were made early today as part of an enforcement program intended to track students from the Middle East who entered the United States on valid visas but are no longer in school. None of those arrested is suspected of involvement in the September eleventh attacks.
