Hit And Run Death In State Capitol

A Christmastime tragedy for one Sacramento family. Fifty-two-year-old Dolores Arnold was helping her husband deliver newspapers early yesterday when she was hit by acar while crossing a street. The driver fled and Arnold died at an area hospital. Police later booked the accused driver, 37-year-old Kathryn Ann Jones, into Sacramento County Jail.
