Gas Prices On The Rise
Sonora, CA – The price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline has increased five cents over the past two weeks.
That’s according to the latest Lundberg Survey, which puts the nationwide average at $3.61. There has been a steady price hike over recent weeks, and it is the highest it has been since late July of last year. In California, Los Angeles currently has the highest average at $4.04. Gas prices typically increase over the summer months in California as the state moves to a cleaner burning fuel.
The myMotherLode.com gas price section shows that regular unleaded is selling in Sonora from $3.77 to $4.09. In San Andreas, the average price ranges from $3.85 to $3.93.
