$24,000 Raised For Interfaith And Counting

Sponsored by:

Sonora, CA — $24,000 has already been raised during the Clarke Broadcasting’s Cash Drive for Interfaith and there is still time to donate.

Saturday morning Clarke Broadcasting hosted the Santa Fly-In and coat drive at Standard Park. A helicopter flew Jolly Old Saint Nick to a long line of children waiting to tell him what they want for Christmas. Many also gave generously as plenty of coats were dropped off for Mother Lode families in need.

Cash donations can still be made by going  to the mml.com’s home page and click on the donate button. Services Director Cathie Peacock also say Interfaith will be accepting cash or checks through the end of next week at its office located at 18500 Striker Court in Sonora. She adds that the needed donations will help the organization provide food to 675 families per month through the winter months. Interfaith offers several goods and services, and all of the money raised from the drive will go to purchase food.
