Sonora Spring Festival This Saturday
The streets of Sonora will be filled this weekend as the annual Sonora Spring Festival returns this Saturday.
Sheala Wilkenson, Sonora Events Coordinator, was Friday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.
This free event will stretch from the Red Church to Restano Way on Washington Street in historic downtown Sonora.
From 11 am to 4 pm, residents and visitors alike are invited to check out the various arts and crafts booths, live music, juggling, dance demonstrations and other family activities.
Featured events will include belly dancers, musicians, crafts, vendors, retail store specials and even a car wash.

The “Newsmaker of the Day” is heard each weekday morning on AM 1450 KVML at 6:47, 7:47 and 8:47am.
