SRO For District One
Sonora, CA — A packed house was on hand for the Tuesday evening District One public meeting to offer input for a five year county-wide strategic plan.
According to presiding Supervisor Liz Bass there was a marked contrast in comparison with the input from the first meeting January 26 in Soulsbyville. “At that meeting there was a call for more recreation facilities. At last night’s meeting there was input regarding the arts and public libraries.
In addition local architect Cooper Kessel made a 20 minute presentation on both global and local energy.”
The next in the series of five meetings is set for District Three Tuesday, February 9 at 6:30pm at the former Black Oak Elementary School campus in Twain Harte. Supervisor Teri Murrison will preside.
