Full Agenda Set For Tuolumne County Supervisors

Sponsored by:

Sonora, CA — Many issues are on today’s agenda for the Tuolumne County supervisors.

District Attorney Donald Segerstrom is requesting authorization to apply for a Violence Against Women Vertical Prosecution grant and a Victim/Witness grant.

The supervisors will revisit the draft of a letter authored by Board Chair Teri Murrison regarding the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Motorized Travel Management Plan in the Stanislaus National Forest.

In addition there will be consideration of approving the first quarter status report on the 2009 Board goals, consideration of authorizing the CAO (Craig Pedro) to approve exceptions to the county hiring freeze and consideration of endorsing the FY 2009/10 preliminary budget estimate for the Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority.

The first of two appointments (10:30am) will be a presentation on Human Services programs in a time of economic crisis. The 1:30pm appointment will be a presentation on a survey conducted by Summerville High seniors on youth’s decisions concerning their future in Tuolumne County and changes they would like to see made.
