Eureka Resident Arrested On DUI Charge

Copperopolis, CA — 21 year old Devin M. Link of Eureka, CA was arrested by the Highway Patrol Sunday evening at 5:30 following an accident on Copper Cove Drive.
According to the CHP Link, due to her level of intoxication, failed to negoitate a curve east of Quiver St. and drove her 2004 Toyota off the right edge of the roadway into a drainage ditch.
Two Copperopolis residents, 20 year old Sausha Morrison and 19 year old Barrett Frendsen, were in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Frandsen was the only one of the three wearing a seat belt.
No injuries were reported.
