Gayle Suffers Moderate Injuries In Single Vehicle Accident

San Andreas, CA — 25 year old James A. Gayle of Murphys suffered moderate injuries to his arms and legs in a 5am Tuesday accident on Hwy 4 east of Parrotts Ferry Rd.
According to the CHP report Gayle was eastbound in his 2007 Chevrolet when he crossed over the westbound lane and collided with a dirt embankment.
The initial report indicated Gayle may have fallen asleep at the wheel. No citation was issued.
