Hwy 4 Reopened From Copperopolis To Angels Camp

San Andreas, CA — According to CHP Officer Becky Myers Hwy 4 from Copperopolis to Angels Camp has been reopened by Caltrans.
Myers adds that even though the roadway has reopened motorists must be “chained up” due to some snow and slush remaining on the highway. If not, she adds, you will be cited by the CHP.
