Inclusionary Housing On Tuolumne County Supervisors Agenda

Sonora, CA — The Inclusionary Housing issue will come before the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors in a 1:30 public hearing this afternoon.

Initially definitions will be added to Chapter 17.04 of the Ordinance Code for different household classifications.

Second the addition of a new chapter (17.65) to the Ordinance Code that would, among other things, establish requirements for new residential developments to contribute to the provision of affordable housing units.

Finally Title Three will be amended to waive the discretionary entitlement application fees for inclusionary units. In addition the county services impact mitigation fee for inclusionary units will be waived.
