Copperopolis Town Square To Be Unveiled

Copperopolis, CA — Certainly big doings in Copperopolis Saturday.
Castle & Cooke Developers will be unveiling plans for the Copperopolis Town Square. Scheduled for completion in 2007, the 27-acre, mixed-use development will feature 230,000 square feet of retail space and residential offerings.
The structures will possess an historical motiff reminiscent of California´s mining era. Building elements will include stone, rock and wood.
According to Spokesperson Billie Cain, the 3,200 Copperopolis residents will have a shopping area to call their own. In addition, the Town Square will serve as a strong tax base for Calaveras County.
