Calaveras County School Officer Gets Statewide Recognition

San Andreas, CA — It is with great pleasure that the Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department is announcing that Calaveras County Sheriff´s Deputy Rick DiBasilio has been named “School Resource Officer of the Year” by the California School Resource Officers´ Association.
Officials say DiBasilio has been assigned as the Calaveras County School Resource Officer for two years and is a well know figure on campus´s throughout the county. He will be recognized at an award ceremony in San Diego on Wednesday.
