BLM Fire Restrictions Still In Place

San Andreas, CA — Bureau of Land Management fire officials say we are entering the most dangerous part of the fire season.
With that in mind, BLM is continuing its special fire restrictions on lands within the Folsom Field Office boundary, which includes Calaveras, Tuolumne and Amador counties.
Due to the extremely dry conditions, all open fires are prohibited. Special rules regarding lanterns, campfire permits and smoking are in effect.
