A Train You Don’t Want To Miss
Murphys, CA — Concertgoers got their money´s worth Saturday as Train rolled into Murphys wrapping up the 2006 Ironstone Vineyards Concert Series.
Lead singer Pat Monahan thrilled the crowd with his antics and stellar vocals.
Throughout the concert, Monahan pulled young girls from the audience to serenade them on stage.
The band played crowd favorites like “Drops of Jupiter” and dug deep into their repertoire to cover Led Zeppelin originals.
Ironstone President Steve Kautz says he´s very happy with the season and the quality name entertainment the venue has drawn.
Kautz says next year he´s interested in a blues show and will go after a big name country act.
Train´s opening act Teddy Geiger showed off his musical skills as he switched from piano to guitar throughout his performance.
