Longtime Twain Harte Physician Suffers Heart Attack
Sonora, CA — A longtime foothills resident and physician has passed away.
Doctor David Minner died Saturday at Sonora Regional Hospital after suffering a heart attack. He was 58.
Minner lived in Twain Harte for 25 years. He was born in Vallejo and raised in Tracy. He graduated from the University of California Riverside before serving as a chief warrant officer and helicopter pilot in Vietnam.
Minner practiced in the emergency room at Sonora Community Hospital before opening private practices in Groveland and Twain Harte.
A celebration of life is planned for this Wednesday at the Twain Harte Golf Course where Dr. Minner frequently played and served on the Board of Directors.
