The key players in the Scott Peterson double-murder will be back in court today.
Testimony resumes over the use of wiretaps on Peterson´s phones.
Defense attorney Mark Geragos wants that evidence thrown out. He says investigators violated Peterson´s right to attorney-client privilege when they listened to parts of his conversations with his first attorney.
Last week, the defense suffered a setback when the judge ruled evidence gathered using electronic tracking devices on Peterson´s vehicles could be used in the trial.
If Peterson is convicted he could be sentenced to death.
