Arnold DUI Suspect Drives Car Into Ditch

An Arnold man was arrested Tuesday night after driving his car into a ditch in San Andreas while trying to evade officers. The California Highway Patrol reports that 38-year-old William Denny was weaving badly while driving on Highway 4 approaching Stallion Way. When a CHP officer tried to pull him over, Denny sped off, turned onto Stallion Way, and finally missed a turn, driving into the ditch. He was not injured in the wreck, and was placed under arrest.
