Vehicle Fire Clogs Traffic in Angels Camp

A vehicle fire on Highway 49 into Angel´s Camp clogged traffic Wednesday evening.
It happened around 6pm, just north of the bridge into Calaveras County at the Tuolumne County line.
Traffic was reportedly stopped in both directions, into and out of Angel´s Camp, for about an hour.
The cause was reported to be a light-colored Ford Ranger pickup on fire, and CalTrans also worked to clean up a slight fuel spill.
