Spirk Plea Deal Means Seven Year Sentence

A Jamestown transient will spend over seven years in prison after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter.
33-year-old Troy Spirk had been charged with the murder of Steven Allen Davis, who died in August.
But Friday, he made the plea deal, and formal sentencing is set for the end of next month.
Spirk also pleaded guilty to assault with a deadly weapon, making criminal threats, and receiving stolen property.
He´s now being held in the Tuolumne County Jail and with the plea bargain, he´ll spend seven years and four months in prison.
