Holiday Traffic Deaths Mount

Eighteen deaths have been reported in California traffic accidents during the first 36 hours of the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The California Highway Patrol says that in the crash deaths in CHP jurisdiction eight of the 14 people killed were NOT wearing seat restraints.
