State Audit of College Credit Program Planned

The California Department of Finance is gearing for an audit of a popular program allowing high school students to earn college credit. Governor Davis called for the audit after media reports of fraud, improper funding and intimidation of students. He has proposed cutting $80 million from the concurrent enrollment program.
