Police Say Man Had Sex With A Minor At MTH

A Mark Twain Hospital worker is behind bars, on charges that he had sex with a minor girl at the hospital over the past three months.
Investigators say 31-year-old John Rutt of Murphys was having sex with a Regional Occupational Program student from Calaveras High School. Police say Rutt had sex with the minor girl throughout the hospital complex including private rooms, bathrooms, and the parking lot.
Rutt was a lift technician at the hospital. He was arrested at work last week.
