Oracle Hearings Continue

The state´s budget chief is up to bat as the Legislature´s long-running hearings on the Oracle contract continue this week. Tim Gage is Governor Gray Davis´ director of finance. He´ll be grilled tomorrow about why the state didn´t verify Oracle Corporation´s claims of big savings before it signed a 95 million dollar, no-bid agreement.
